Went for oil change. They recommended an alignment and I wanted tires balanced. I asked how long it would all take as I was on a schedule. Was told 2 hours. 2 hours later was told almost done. I checked back in with service associate 30 minutes later and he went out to check. He said just putting tires back on. At the 3 hour mark I expressed that I had a meeting I needed to attend and needed to get going so he checked me out. At check out he informed me that they didn’t have time to align car so he would take that off bill. I was finally checked out and on my way about 12:15 and my appointment was at 9am. So to sum up I had a 9am scheduled appointment and it took the service department over 3 hours to change oil and balance 4 tires.

The only issue I had was the car loaner.
The inside of the car was really dirty. It’s so sad these cars are very expensive and people before me who use loaners don’t even take care of the vehicles, or appreciate the value of a BMW.
