Nick was very helpful in helping to diagnose the issue with my BMW. It was related to a rear end accident and dealing with the insurance company. Issue is not solved yet but we are getting closer with information from the service center!

Best service I’ve ever received from any service representative. What a problem solver… I bought my BMW from AutoNation. It was under warranty. Everybody was giving me the runaround . No one was interested in helping me until Jeff came into the picture and then no problem he even came and picked up the car at my home. he communicated with me regularly.
