Phil did fine, he’s been calm, level headed, and helpful each time I have dealt with him. I was however particularly frustrated with Mo when he picked up the phone on Tuesday. Mo came off as arrogant and dismissive when I described my experiences of frustration and inconvenience with an unsatisfactory window tint installation done by the dealership. He immediately took a defensive posture and made excuses, saying of the installer, “He’s human. Maybe he had a bad day. If you went to work with a headache, do you think you would do a good job?” I did not appreciate this treatment. Mo went on to promise that he would personally call me on Thursday at 7:00AM and would be at my house at 7:30 to valet. Neither one happened. Finally I got a call at about 9:30 from another valet who was on their way. From the time of the disappointing call on Tuesday until my car was returned on Thursday afternoon, I had serious regrets about buying a BMW from Arrowhead if Mo’s “service” would be the standard. I do not wish to have Mo involved with my appointments at the dealership. Can you please notate that and have the store manager call or email me with an acknowledgement of the above?
