Nick was great, vehicle came back fine. But just not the “BMW” experience we are used to after 25 plus years of owning them. Loaner came out dripping wet so eventually covered in water spots, no fuel with only 57 miles in the tank. On our vehicle we had a Windshield with a large crack in it with no offer to arrange replacement…..just
Not up to par compared to North SDale or Chapman….not even close
