March 25, 2024: I took my car in for replacement of fuel pump and a recall I received in the mail. With 100% confidence that Arrowhead BMW will take care of my ca, it was such a disappointment! From the service department to the sales department, to the service manager and lead foreman, everyone involved, I probably can name them all, they did such a poor job handling my car. I was called on March 28th, 2 days after, that my car was ready for pick up. I picked up, paid $1600, went about my way and 5 minutes later in the freeway, my car started shaking and DSC Malfunction light on my dashboard came on. I immediately pulled to the slowest lane and called. Didn’t feel safe driving on the freeway, so I drove on the street back to the dealership. They gave me a loaner and told me they would call me the next day. April 3rd, 6 days later, they called me again that my car is ready. I was relieved and glad I can drive my car again. The weekend came, Sunday, April 7, my car stopped in the middle of the street. Out of gas!! But gas gauge said I still have 258 miles left. At this point, I knew this was not an accident or neglect on their part. I knew something fishy is happening! I have a 2009 328i. I take care of it! So I knew it could not have been an accident that there’s something wrong with it AGAIN! They have my car back! Gave me a loaner AGAIN, almost similar to my car, but of course newer. At this point, I already knew that this, my car, the loaner, the sales department calling me and offering to give me a trade in value for my car, is all NOT a coincidence but a STRATEGY! … April 11, my car is FINALLY READY AGAIN! This time, I asked that someone speaks to me about EVERYTHING that has happened to my car. Spoke to service manager, as expected, he owns up to all that has happened. He apologizes and takes responsibility of everything. At the end of this conversation, he does asked me if he can do anything for my car. I did mention that I have been wanting to get it detailed for awhile. He offers to do this for me as a complimentary from the dealership. Before I agreed to it, I did say, “For the record, I did not asked to speak to anyone, with intentions of getting something for free”! For the record! I agreed! I was contacted by the service manager a couple of times, that he was trying to get his detailers schedule so he can send him to me. That did not happen. Last text from me was, I agreed to bring my car to them and pick it up after. Guess what??? I have not heard from him… until today. May 3rd today, I waited to give this review with hopes that maybe, just maybe, that a big dealership like Arrowhead BMW, would just make mistakes like they did to my car. But that is not the case. I believe that everything that happened to my car, was not an accident.

The rep I was assigned to by your company, was not there as it was his day off. I had to wait 30 minutes to have a different rep check me in. My car was done for over 20 minutes before anyone contacted me. I’d give you a rating of 1 out of 10.
