I do also want to highly acknowledge and thank Christian Casias for a 10 -star service to remove the stubborn sticker that was on the edge of the driver door window. He spent 15 minutes patiently scratching it off. Little things like this shows alot about excellence service. Please praise him for me!

I was informed that the battery was tested and it was bad and needed to be replaced for over $500. As soon as I said that it had been replaced in January all of a sudden further testing needed to be done before it could be replaced under warranty. and then it didnt need to be replaced after all. the whole thing seams fishy

The technician that came out to fix it spent two hours diagnosing the problem then ordered the part. When it came back out it was the wrong part we are still waiting for the correct part and for the car to be fixed.
