When I made the appointment to have the work done on our X5 I asked for a loner car, I was told that one would be available for us to use. When my wife dropped off the vehicle for the scheduled appointment, she was told there was not one available for her to use. The way I see it, that I should been told that one was not available for the day and I should have been asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for a day that one was available for us to use. Or maybe a phone call prior to our appointment to let me know one was not available. Customer Service Failed!

The service was professional. I didn't like the fact that Joe talked as if I didn't know anything about vehicles. He told me that my brand new tires were wearing on the inside but the tread was still in tact. I'm going to have discount tires check my new tires and if they're wearing this early then the alignment I received from BMW was not done correctly or at all.
