Shane has been tremendously helpful in communicating over the course of 3 weeks where tests have been ran on my vehicle in effort to replicate the initial problem detected. However, I have yet to informed of the exact issue that was initially detected, so there’s been a void in clarity provided. I am thankful for this is s local service department, and grateful for them extending an courtesy vehicle but this has cost me quite a bit to not have gained any ground in preventive maintenance.
