I appreciate the video the technician recorded of my vehicle showing the defective parts. I don't trust dealerships so actually seeing the issues helped to alleviate some of my skepticism. Honesty is important and rare now days when making a profit seems to be the priority so actually showing the problems makes it more believable and honest.

George was great! I very much appreciate his help today. I was disappointed that Landon couldn’t help me out better. Apparently my coverage on the 750xi ran out yesterday. It would have been nice to notify me of that fact before I got there or made sure I was scheduled before my coverage ran out. Charging me full price with no assistance at all was a little greedy in my opinion or at least a lack of customer service on Landon’s part. I don’t need a freebie if you will, but if coverage is running out the day prior to my appointment, notify me or make something happen. That just seems correct to me. Don’t act like dollars are more important and you got one over on me. I won’t be back to purchase from Arrowhead anymore. I just don’t like that kind of treatment. George, my service provider was fantastic. Hope to see him again anywhere. Great conversation.

Everybody but Francisco was wonderful and followed through. I was supposed to receive a call from him regarding the time if my service at the house. Never heard from him. I had to call the service department the day of my appointment to find out when they were coming. the tech was wonderful.I discussed a problem with him about my door he said he would let francisco know, and I should hear back from francisco about scheduling that appointment for them to come out.And fix my door and I still have not heard Anything.
