Carmela is top notch. Looking to those that do the hands on work with the vehicle, I would suggest when a customer gets a new set of tires that the tires should be cleaned and as well the complete wheel - on the inside especially as that isn’t typically easily accessible for cleaning. The brake covers as well. Basically that entire area should at least be wiped down clean and presented as new as possible. These tires aren’t cheap and it would be a nice service touch that I guarantee would be appreciated. My tires were very dirty and as well the wheels, brake covers etc. The solution they use applying the new tire to the wheel-what ever that is that seems to get everywhere, it does not come off with soap and water easily. I also asked that my front windshield be cleaned inside and I’m pretty sure my 15 yr old daughter could do a better job. The effort to clean it was very poor but honestly not surprised. My number one complaint which makes me consider buying somewhere else is how the loaner cars are poorly cleaned and when I do ask for something to be cleaned on my vehicle when I’m in for a service it is mostly always executed with poor effort. It just doesn’t represent bmw well or the dealership. I know you have heard this from me before but something needs to change. It would really put the overall current good service to be amazing service if this detail was improved on in my opinion. Which ultimately retains your customers.

Excellent support provided by Steve Emery. He took the time to discuss the extensive repair considerations for my 2020 M550i. We met with the Master Tech, (Matt) before initiation of service for any recommendations. My car now is running well after the front differential replacement.

That guy Joe should be fired. After the whole incident, basically had be sign papers in the quiet, drove my car to me, gave keys and said nothing. He is extremely rude. All good, I’m sure he works with other customers just fine, but unless he sells something, or something that helps his KPIs, I’m just straight trash to him. Not one word of anything today, BMW sure made me feel valuable.

I would never go to another BMW dealer. Nicely done as always!
