Taylor is like able. He has talent you should use. He has good judgement and a quick wit. Encourage him.
I had questions and got no feelings of caring about what I thought and it was 25 minutes before I saw Taylor. I saw some one wanting to sell me tires which I knew I needed. I saw a customer struggling with the coffee maker but no one seeking to help him.
I saw two girls at a desk within the waiting area absorbed in conversation and looking away from us. I had an old invoice I wanted to have copied and given to Taylor. It was record of the B111718 recall done on my car and showed problems with the filtered air pipe and egr hose.
Taylor refused to listen. The girls refused to copy the document. I’m wondering why I’m telling you this. It relates to the problem I was having after coming in for an oil change after multiple other services.
How this relates to Arrow Head BMW. You tell me. Shouldn’t people listen and shouldn’t customers feel special or trusted.
