Troy was amazing! Warm greeting so early in the morning. Straight forward and transparent with a surprising hint of empathy not always found when a woman comes to a dealership alone. Troy helped me to understand my car issues and didn’t just rattle off pricing at me which is most times overwhelming for those who just come in for one thing. I appreciate that he made sure I understood the detriment and domino affect of ignoring certain problems and look forward to working with him on said future items.
