Despite having a busy schedule his professionalism and dedication ensured the parts were ordered in a timely fashion and got my car done as promised.He even called on a Saturday night, on his personal time, to let me know my car repair was going according to schedule.He's the kind of employee that makes you feel valued and relieves stress, and he went the extra mile and talked to management to give me a break on the price since I have done a lot of repairs in the last 3 months. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Collin Ware. I also want to thank the management for giving me a break on the price. Everyone I met with at the Arrowhead BMW service department was great! I had a tight schedule that morning at drop off and was 5 minutes late to my appointment. After I got checked in and waited for a few minutes, I asked one of the guys if someone could give me an idea of how long it might take so I could adjust my plans, and he helped me get in contact with my service rep who took care of everything from there. I was out of there in no time with a cool ev loner and able to keep my schedule for the rest of the day. My car was of course taken care of and it’s running smoother than ever! Nice job everyone! I will certainly reach out in the future :)

My service took 2hrs and 15min. I had a 8am appt and it was not busy. From the time I got my service video and the text that my vehicle was ready to go it was 45min before my car was out front. Additionally the afternoon after my appt I got a washer fluid low alert. I would have expected that to be checked with my routine service. Overall I expected more from BMW service.
