I went in there for a service with Joe lazar I believe is his name he told me to go wait on the table cause he was checking in another car so I did I waited for more then an hour he never came and Alan grabbed me got me set up in less the 15 minutes he was always in contact with me and made the experience a better one after my first interaction with the other guy !
