Did not receive a multi point inspection video or the printout with the details. Also got no documentation on the Tint I had them do. I would expect some document explaining what type/color of tint and the warranty. I think communication could be better.

It started off with phone tag. The first call I was at my daughter’s final basketball game so I couldn’t hear him. I asked if I could call him back. Every time I called him he was busy. I didn’t hear from him until the next day. Even when I heard from him it was multiple phone calls with no clear answer. When we talked on the phone while I was at the game he mentioned repairs that confused me. I couldn’t hear him and needed information to understand the situation so I wanted to wait till I could hear correctly this is when I asked to call him back. The phone tag was not the problem. The way Joe talked to me was the problem. The problem started when I finally got to talk to Joe. He talked to me as if I was his child or I was stupid. When we bought the car it was a certified pre-owned. The car had a strange sound that came from the back of the car. When we took it in after we bought it to have it checked no one could figure it out. We were told they couldn’t recreate it. This time they found the problem in the break pads. I was told the car had defected rear break pads and they had updated the pads so that would not happen. Not sure how the short gap in time the problem was easy to fix. When I watched the video the repair specialist said the rotates were fine yet when I talked to Joe the rotates were on the parts list. This made a drastic increase in price and added to my frustration. Joe took care of it. Yet after every sentence Joe would tell me to hold on, be patient, or something to that manner. When he called me I was working on my flight plans to another state and did not say anything to him about being in a hurry. In fact I waited patiently as he kept telling to be patient. The way he spoke to me during the entire conversation he was acting as if I was an inconvenience to him. I wanted an explanation for the breaks and also the motor mount that had collapsed. It was like he was in a hurry and did not respect my time. I brought the car in for a routine maintenance for the break system. And ended up with a $2200 bill. When we came in to get the car Joe pandered to me as if he cared about what we had going on. While talking to Devin (who was my original service rep) Joe came across to me as if we were wasting his time. I do not like fake niceness. I do not want him as my rep. From this experience and the constant repair bills I am ready to go elsewhere. I have had a great relationship with Devin and Mo(salesman) over my years. Since Devin got promoted I have had inconsistent service reps that have done the bare minimum. This is not why I came to BMW and have been with you for so long. Today the sound still happened in the back of the car as we backed up into a parking spot. You have lost my trust at this point. We may not have the most expensive BMW or the newest one yet I am told I am a valued customer. I do not feel this way anymore and I am beyond disappointed with how my dedication to the facility has headed.
