Carmela is excellent. I went to Scottsdale BMW for a low tire pressure indicator and a nail in my tire based on notification, while driving in Scottsdale, on my BMW app. They couldn’t fix it without keeping the car for at least a day with a loaner, etc. I called Carmella and she got me in right away and took care of my issue while waiting. The service from her is always outstanding!

The repairs that I paid for were not done so I had to return the vehicle. Im not comfortable with the service at Arrowhead. This is not the first time I jave had service problems. However, tiday was a clear example of not being true. The repairs that I paid for were not rendered at all and another part of my car was damaged.
