My tech and advisor were great, and in my opinion, did all they could within the allowed guidelines of the dealership - which prevented them for being able to duplicate the concern. Sometimes one must go “above & beyond” to resolve an issue, putting a very tight distance limitation on test drives has prevented you from diagnosing and resolving the issue. The “people” were certainly not a problem, an unyielding policy was.
