Jay and the whole bmw service team was excellent last week, including the lot attendant who had to run me back home for my debit card. Jay was very patient while I desperately tried to pull my debit card number from my phone (which is NOT possible btw). Not to mention they put up with my stinky self because I chose to run from my house. Really wonderful team!

I approved additional work based on the promise the work would be completed that day. It was not. The next morning due to traffic, it took over 30 minutes to get to the dealership that is normally a 7 minute drive. I was very late getting to my appointment in the East Valley so the day went south from there. Lesson learned don’t add on service!
