The service experience with Jay was very professional and taken care of easily with no hassle….. on another subject, your snack bar is absolutely Atrocious. With only coffee, water and a bag of potato chips for breakfast, I have seen better snack bars at a used car lot. It’s a really bad luck for a luxury car dealership.

Troy is always extremely professional, friendly and demonstrates a vast knowledge of all necessary information, regarding BMW services. I feel confident that my vehicle is in very good hands whenever I drop it off. Anxiously looking forward to my next visit!

The experience both myself and my fiance have had with Shane has been the absolute definition of impeccable when it comes to the customer servise,urgency,care,companion and professionalism Shane shows us in each and every experience we have had with him in the servise department for our beautiful X3. Shane never ceases to amaze us when it comes to the peace of mind he provides us during the time our X3 is safe in his and the master technicians in the shops hands.Shane and I had spoke Prior regarding when would be best to have regular oil changes done,being that my work I preform demands alot of time on the road.Shane was right on it and knew exactly what would be the best efficient and cost friendly route to go and informed me of the unlimited 3 year oil change package for 249.00. He went on to tell me that since the demand of my work on the road that oil change package would be great for our X3(AlliLynn) .Shane is one of the most down to earth and easy to talk to in terms of never having to worry about what would be best servise to give our AlliLynn the longevity of performance and comfort she was built to perform to. The knowledge Shane has in what this beautifully crafted machine can do just shows us that what his recommendation and prioritizing of are the best options and of importance from the servise report from the master techs is honest and caring of the safety of me on the road first and formost. That right there is one of the continued reasons both me and my fiance have come to realize that we truly made the best decisions in and on keeping all of the servise we get from Arrowhead BMW servise department was the right and absolutely greatest one. Shane is a master at what he does and a tremendous asset who has set the bar of the simple saying of " friends are family too",and to us thats what Shane and Arroehead BMW has become to us.
