The service was done quickly and professionally. Shane kept me in the loop. He also helped me resolve a small dent issue on the loaner vehicle which I was not sure it was mine, but regardless he took care of it and appreciate that, and will be looking to bring my car back for next service.
I do want to comment that the loaner car was brought out to me in a very dirty state, and with half tank of gas (i returned full). I asked attended to run it through car wash. It was dirty inside too. That may be one of the reasons I do not remember if that dent was there or nor. Anyway, this never happened before and hopefully is one time thing. Cars have been always clean and ready to do on prior appointments.
