I was very satisfied with the service provided by Mike Abreu. I can also depend on him to make certain that I’m given the most updated information on my vehicle. I’ve working with Mike for so many years now that he has become like family to me. I trust him and his team to keep my vehicle up yo standards and make sure I’m safe in the roads. He’s such an asset to the company that I’ve told my family and friends about the kind and honest man that I will always go to at BMW. There’s no one like Mike Abreu!

Manny Botello was absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to this location for years. Despite the high prices I was quoted today, I still left happy and in a good mood which rarely happens. It’s always something. Not today. Manny was calm. He was patient. He was thorough. He explained everything I was confused about. He even went back into the history to help me understand what has happened and what was happening now. There was one thing about ye tires I needed a more thorough explanation about. He got someone named Zack Pierce to take us out to show me and explain. Zack was also amazing. Best service I’ve ever had here except when Dylan had to get involved.
