I was scheduled by appointment to be there at noon, for a a simple estimate regarding a sun roof not functioning on my vehicle. Vehicle got checked in, 3 hrs later I was told about a full inspection of my vehicle. First of all, I made it clear I was not there to do full inspection. I was short on time and thought the sunroof was going to be quick, it was not. I was never told this is your procedure, I I was told I could have set another time to do this. Wasted my time and got nothing done. I did not appreciate it and was unfortunate because this was my first time to this dealership. I will take my business somewhere else.

Zero updates all day. I called multiple times to find out the status of my vehicle. Upon picking up, I didn’t receive any type of document indicating what was done or inspected. I’ve never had a worse service appointment for a vehicle in my life. I don’t think it has anything to do with the service advisor but the service department overall is just unorganized and seems to be a mess. On top of everything, I received a text message from Land Rover to rate my experience that day with an advisor I’ve never met… I don’t even have a Land Rover.
