Guys. I’m mean this with 100% honesty- If I buy a car from Arrowhead BMW again, it will 100% be because of Mathew Mercer. He is organized, professional, prompt, and most of all just a really good guy. I want results, and so does he. He looks things over before I take possession of my car back and makes sure it’s to my liking. He ensures the pricing is accurate and properly communicated before executing. And he makes sure nothing was missed on the way out the door.

Excellent service experience! Mike Abreu was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon my arrival he immediately properly diagnosed my problem with my BMW blade key.
Mike was very thorough in recommending the services needed to fix my 325i. In addition, Qunn Reichmuth, technician was very experienced at providing me with a visual detail of needed repairs. Got pushback from 2 service advisors regarding my letter from
BMW about the extended warranty on the PCV diaphragm and my claim that my car is having the issue described. They’re treating it like I’m trying to pull one over and get a free service. Never had that kind of abrasive treatment in the past. Secondly, I got a nice guilt trip when asked if I need a ride home and a response of “we don’t have an unlimited budget for transportation.” I live in Sun city west, not in flagstaff. If your budget for shuttle rides has diminished, that’s fine, let us know but no need for that. I’m paying 20% (or more) for service thru the dealership because I figured that rides are worked into the overall higher price. Been going to bmw dealerships for 20 years now, never given a “not satisfied” review before.
