Colin our advisor is always professional and very helpful. With that being said BMW changed our warranty and didn't advise us. My tires were covered but not with out the hassle of having to call perma plate, paying g them directly, waiting for the check backn7-10 days later. I also had to take multiple photos, determine tread depth then after doing all of that I had to wait for approval and then try and schedule bmw after approval to come out and mount. Absolutely RIDICULOUS and I did not pay to have this kind of warranty, this is not at all what I paid for AT ALL!!!!
