Great communication, very efficient with his time,and you would never notice a repair had been done. I even had a little litter on the floor and he took care of it. Thank you for that Jef. Also it was very hot and I imagine it was extremely uncomfortable in a cramped car, but he knocked it out and honored the repair on the recall. He definitely went above and beyond. My appt was at 9 and i did not hear from the tech until 10:45. Then I arrived at the dealership and waited while my car was done for who knows how long. The service guy apologized and said I should come during the week to avoid the busy Saturday schedule. How about you guys just coordinate better? Also I paid $120 for a tire rotation that should cost about half that.
