I have not received a copy of the workorder for the recall repair and oil change/drain plug installation. The dash has not been reset it is now telling me I need breaks that are brand new. Which tells me the standard inspection was not completed. Concerning.

The reason I brought my vehicle in was because it was vibrating uncontrollably on my way home last Saturday night. The vibration stopped after about 20 seconds but still would happen at higher speeds. After a thorough inspection the tech found I was missing around 18 inches of tread and would need both fronts replaced. When I picked the vehicle up I asked my service adviser (Logan, who was great btw) when I purchased the front tires and he told me August of 2021. I then asked if they were still under warranty and he said no, that they only had a one year warranty. Needless to say I was shocked and disappointed and believe the manufacturer warranty is longer than 2 years. I would like someone to look into this and get back to me, this is not the first time I was being charged for something still under warranty.

I brought the vehicle in for its annual service, just like I did this time last year. I told my service tech last year that the headlight washer didn’t work but it was not fixed. This year I again mentioned the headlight washer but this year the problem was diagnosed as a faulty pump that will cost over $900. Why wasn’t the faulty pump replaced last year when the car was under warranty?

Angel was great to work with as well. Appreciated the General Manager taking the time to speak with me during the purchase process and I can’t say enough good things about Joe!
