There was little communication about the process from Michael. Randy, the technician was great.
I declined new tires and Michael told me they aren't carried anywhere else. I know that if false because I have bought tires at discount tire before. I didn't like being pressured to buy the tires there when I already declined and bring lied to about the availability of tires.

Everything was smooth and easy. Thanks to Mike and the team. I need some additional help with the car. I noticed that there is a rattle in the overhead compartment where the camera was realigned. It only rattles when it is cool outside, like in the morning. Not urgent but I’d like to have that resolved also.
