I gotten my car fixed. Gotten it back worce then what it was. I just had my brakes n roters changed. Brought my car to you to change the bearing n gotten my car back worce then it was. Now u step on the brakes n the while car shakes. This problem was from your shop. They taken my car for a ride n worped my roters that was changed in november. Some on drove my car n **** it up. I had some items in the back of my car and it's hard to understand the scope of what is encoded when work is done on the car. It's clear that some or all of these items were placed on the ground outside of the vehicle and were stepped on by technicians. These were department store bags and they have shoe prints on them. These bags contained new items. Fortunately at a glance, it appears none of the contents were damaged but clearly the bags were stepped on. You'd think if customer property has to be removed from the vehicle it wouldn't be placed on the ground. Maybe some bins or something should be in the service area in the event technicians need to remove customer property. Again, I was unaware that performing the recall on my vehicle was so involved or I would have removed the items. Perhaps asking me to remove them ahead of time would have been helpful if customer property can't be temporarily stored anywhere other than the ground.

I bought a used vehicle previously owned by a disabled person. The car was equipped with a disabled driving instruments. These items were removed. However, in doing so a wire was cut to the speakers on the drivers side. When I bought this to the attenton of my sales person and her sales manager,they refused to have it fixed. Horrific customer service. This dealership sales cars many of which exceed a 100k, but can't fix a stereo speaker they or their 3rd party vendor damaged. Shameful.
