Tire installer should have noticed that one if the 4 new tires purchased had a bulge on the side wall. Thankfully my husband caught it before we drove off. Jef was able to get ne w tire and then delivered car to our house. Much appreciated

I was told to bring my car in to have the Key fob programmed. I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived at 1:10 I was not seen until 1:40 and was told it may take an hour. I questioned why an hour to program a key fob. I was told maybe quicker. At 2:50 I asked for my car and questioned why it took so long to have a new key fob which was part of my deal. I was informed that the key fob is not programmable. This is odd when I picked up the key fob from parts I was told there are 3 simple steps. So now I have to leave the car to make sure they have it for an extended time needed for the programming. So I have an appointment scheduled for June 26th at 8am so I can use a loaner. I can’t believe a loaner is needed to program a key.
This all took place yesterday and I was asked late this afternoon that my vehicle was ready and that the repairs have been completed. Wrong, I am not sure who is running the service department this not not my first rodeo with poor service and communication.
I was first told by my salesman that the Genuis department could program the new key.
