I felt there was poor communication between the employees at the dealership, as well as with the customer. I also felt the prices were grossly exaggerated. The whole experience felt like a rushed money grab!

Steve Emery was extremely patient and courteous as I was the frustrated customer with a broken down 2023 M550i that ended up being caused by bad gas from Loves in Quartzsite AZ.
Steve kept me updated even on his day off.
Steve will be my go to Service professional for my future service needs.
My only disappointment was it took 4 days to diagnose and fix the issue.
We are in contact with Loves HQ and have reported the incident to the State government in the hope of being compensated.
