I waited over 2 hours., due to no loaner available, for a report that I’d been told on several occasions, by the service department, literally takes no time at all to generate once plugged into the onboard software.

The payment I was initially quoted for: a set of tires and installation, plus oil change, with discounts and coupons, was less and why I did not continue with another service provider. What I was told when I came to pick up my car was that the bill had now changed and was a higher amount because management would not agree to the amount I was originally quoted. I had no time to argue the point as I had family matters to attend to in another state. This trip was cut short due to car problems never experienced prior to service at Arrowhead BMW service center. This could not have happened at a more inconvenient time. I’m extremely disappointed with your service and will not be returning.
