During a software update, a rare situation occurred. The update failed and my car was disabled. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the sun and couldn’t drive into work the next day. I asked Brandon if he could provide some compensation. I was provided with a full tank of gas, wash/ vacuum and had my back rims polished for free! All of my frustration was gone. Thank you Brandon!
