I was completely satisfied with how Colin handled my appointment. However, I did witness the way Colin’s manager (assuming it was his manager) spoke to him. He appeared to be frustrated with Colin’s performance. Whether or not the frustration was warranted, I don’t know, but I felt it was unprofessional for the manager to behave that way in front of customers. I felt sorry for Colin.

The AC blower harness was recalled and replaced in Sept 2018. There was a charcoal smell before the AC just quit blowing air so we took the car in. Our service advisor Steve Emery did his best to have the repair covered under the recall since it failed again. We know other car makers such as Honda that honor a recall if there is a second failure. Steve asked his manager for approval to cover the $934 repair again but was denied. We did not have the service done again since we weren’t prepared for a $1000 bill. We use BMW service and thought there would at least be an effort to reduce the bill but no offer was made. Steve wasn’t at fault. BMW is at fault for not honoring repair on a second failure on a recall.

The experience we had with the entire arrowhead team was no less than amazing. The health inspection done via video walkthrough is brilliant ! Our car was returned to us washed and detailed. Wow ! I had lost all confidence in BMW dealerships due to our years of experience in Portland,Oregon. Arrowhead represents the BMW brand as it should be. We will be loyal customers of Arrowhead. I have a lot more to say but not enough room. We were treated with respect and concern. Again “WOW”. Customer service has declined across every aspect of retail. Not at Arrowhead !!!!!!!
