I had a problem with my vehicle and Joe made everything so easy and took my stress away by sending staff to my job to pick up my vehicle and drop it off. I left my heartbeat in the car and when I went to pick it up my bets disappeared I check on my x5 the day I pick it up and my heartbeat wasn’t on my x5 very disappointed my husband give it to me for Mother’s Day
