I am not happy with my ventilated seats on my new 2024 BMW X5 50E. They are feel very warm/hot while operating, so i have to turn it off and could not use the ventilated seat function. I brought it in for the technician to look at it, but they said it's operating as normal as designed. I've been using the ventilated seat function on my 2016 Lexus RX350 since i bought it brand new, but still works great. Also, i just bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum, both front and rear ventilated seats are working very good as well (i can feel very cool to the touch). Overall, i'm not very happy with this service as well as my very first experience with BMW.
