Logan was fantastic I would’ve given him a very high score. However, setting up my service appointment and then having to call back with my tire information to find out the person was no longer there and apparently I was scheduled with a service advisor that wasn’t working on Friday. I do typically really love the service. I just wish I didn’t have to wait to pick up my car when I’ve already paid for it. Again, all of the service advisors I’ve dealt with I’ve been fantastic. Just feel like the process could be better.
