I brought my car in for a simple battery replacement. While your team was driving my car three things, completely independent from the battery, happened to break. Rather than spending $500 for a new battery I walked away with a $2300 bill. I’m not convinced three items broke out of nowhere during the four minute test drive, but I was given no option other than to pay the outrageous bill. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
