Several issues, as always with this dealership.
-When I made the appointment I requested a loaner. Called morning of to confirm and was told no loaner on my scheduling. Then placed on hold while they “looked into it”. Returned on the line to advise a loaner was available. Arrived and was told I was not on schedule. Told to standby while they looked into it. Then my service adviser tells me there’s no information for me in the system. I purchased my car from your dealership. Yall call us nonstop. Yet I have to sit there and enter all details. I was able to see the original schedule request and it specifically states needs a loaner. Seems there’s a giant disconnect in your dealership. I was quoted $99 for oil change. I communicated days prior to my appointment that I’d also like my brake pads only changed. I’m quoted $500 or less. Phil tells me a comprehensive report will be sent to me after inspection. Once it arrives I’m horrified to see 5k in estimated costs. Among these costs is $253 for a tiny cabin filter. What a scam. There are “urgent” matters in red for immediate attention. I send this report to my husband and ask for him to take this over. He contacts service/ dealership and is told it’s not an immediate urgency. I feel the report is used as a scare tactic when intentionally placing an item in red and expressing urgency. We call around to other BMW mechanics, and another BMW dealership. We share the report. Arrowhead undoubtedly has a bad reputation in the field and everyone, including the other dealership, let us know as much. Arrowhead was exponentially overpriced. Trust is officially out the window. I call to pick my car up and am told it’ll take 15 minutes to process. I arrived 20 minutes later and my car isn’t ready and the paperwork hasn’t even been started. I am given an invoice for $165, so greater than the original oil change estimate but no shocker. I get to my car and it’s filthy. This is upsetting for 2 reasons. The first is that I personally washed and hand dried my car before dropping it off the day before. Second is that my car was supposed to be washed. Phil offers no explanation, no attempt to correct other than offering me to come by any week to have it washed. I am able to see something was clearly drug across the side of my car leaving a mark. I begin trying to buff it off and bring Phil’s attention to it. I am so upset by now. This is unacceptable. He offers no apology or correction. My car is parked so close to other vehicles that I have to struggle to get inside of. Phil and other technicians see my car is parked absurdly close to other cars but offer no assistance to move it etc.
This dealership is a nightmare. The customer service is atrocious. I never feel taken care of or valued. Shame on yall.
