As usual my service visit was excellent. Joe takes very good care of me and my car. He is thorough and very communicative. He takes possession of the job as if this were his own car and that is a very comfortable feeling for me. I did receive a video report from Randy as well and it helps me understand what is going on. Thanks to Randy as well. It is nice because I could see in real time what the situation was. I love my car and it is nice to feel like I can trust my advisor. As much as you don't want to service your car having Joe is as my interface is excellent. He is a HUGE asset to the dealership.
