They were late coming on Friday, never called, I had to call them to find out that they were not going to show. They came 30 minutes late on Saturday, but again no follow up call. I missed plans on Friday waiting on the service.

There was zero communication until I walked up to ask what was going on I saw 4 men who came in after me, two people of which were serviced by Colin leave before me and their appointments were later than mine. I was over looked and I feel that was terrible service to be forgotten about. I walked up to Colin two and half hours after waiting and asked. It was then he acted as though he was worried and went to go check on my car, in actuality he went outside and talked to another service member for about 25 minutes until he walked back over to me. It was then I asked to complete the service he put down “oil change” that I did not go in for. I was in to check my transmission notice I received via my dashboard display. Overall terrible service. I closed out with him and made an appointment for tomorrow with a different advisor.
