Thankful that Phil listened to me when I told him I was having issues with my car/ transmission. I had other service advisors and technicians tell me they couldn’t figure out the issue or replicate it. Phil made sure the technicians did a thorough check and they were able to fix what was needed.

Took 2 days to get car checked out, had same item checked out 3 mo the ago, no response then now headlights need replacement $3400 dollars , only bought the car 5 months ago , should not have sold a car that they new was defective, bought warranty that new would not cover it, now I will have take it somewhere else to fix it, plus called over 5 times calls not returned , I have bought quite a few cars from you guys, won’t sgain

Communication is not linked between my salesperson or sales manager (Angel) and service provider. I bought a 2022 Honda Accord on 31 Jan 24, with the promise certain things would be fixed (i.e. rt pax door silll, and a/c button cover). The A/C vent cover was replaced (which I appreciate), but they replaced the speaker that sits in middle of dashboard (which was never broke or talked about replacing). Also, promised a full tank of gas from my salesperson (Jessica), that I have not got yet. I look forward to hear for your resolution to this issue. Thanks !

One thing is that it cost me a lot to have the car aligned. Thinking that as much as that car cost, the alignment should have been a warranty item with such few miles on it !!!

I will only accept contact from Arrowhead from Brent, but there is no reason for follow up. Unauthorized work was performed, simple as that. Brent is very astute and clearly cares about customers and understands what that takes. I am glad to have resolved this with Brent, there is a clear reason why he is in the position he is and should stay there or in a role that would benefit the dealership in a greater capacity.
