Logan was fantastic! This is the second time here for a car service. Both times I reserved a loaner car and both times I was told they had no loaner car for me. This was not the fault of my service advisor Logan. He worked hard to figure out a solution. After my husband and I waited an hour. We were told there was a loaner for us. We moved here from New Jersey last year. This is my 11 th time purchasing or leasing a BMW since 1999. I never had a problem at any BMW dealer in NJ not having a loaner car that I reserved ready for me. For this to happen both times at this dealership there is definitely something wrong. I leased this car last year from Arrowhead BMW thinking I made a good decision but I am very troubled that both times I had to come to Arrowhead they told me they had no loaner car after reserving one. I will seriously have to reconsider purchasing or leasing my next BMW here. Plus both times I asked for my car to be washed and both times it was not washed or vacuumed. In NJ this also never happened to me. My car was always washed and vacuumed no problems. Sadly I’m extremely disappointed in this dealership.
