Mark was professional and complete with the plan. I called a day in advance to ensure I had use of a loaner vehicle. After driving 45 minutes and filling out paperwork we approached the loaner desk, the rude young man blurted out “we’re out of loaners” and walked off. I was stuck, I had to take my vehicle and plan on another time. Don’t guarantee a loaner if you’re not going to guarantee it. Highly disappointed in being hung out.
