This past week I had run over some unknown object on the street that instantly blew out one of my rear tires and I had BMW road side assistance (which was great) come and help to my car to dealership auto shop (horrible mistake). Arrowhead BMW does not offer to help with fixing the tire or even seeing what caused it as I asked many times and got no answer and was told sorry we only replace. I was like whatever replace the flat and the second rear and do the alignment. It’s insane that so little attention was paid to trying to be least wasteful and full on just trying to get me new tires. This whole ordeal with switching out the tires and alignment and a oil change took about almost 2 days(insanity)Well after this encounter I had to come back again this time because they had not done the alignment right the first time. This time because of their fault I had to leave my car at the dealership the whole day again for them to fix it without even getting a loaner car and being stuck at my house again. Horrible experience.
