Colin, took care of me and he was great. He responded in a timely manner. However my car was not fixed to its fullest potential after confirmation that it was working. It’s frustrating when you are paying a pretty penny for a service that unfortunately isn’t being delivered.

Last I heard, the only time I heard from my advisor, it was going back in the shop because he never called to see what all was going on with the vehicle. Instead, he just went off one of the defects listed and left it at that. He said he was going to recheck it first thing this morning and let me know if it was okay to pick up. I waited around for word until 9:30am and received no status update. I reached via text letting him know I needed an update as I couldn’t wait around any longer, I had work to do, so I needed to know if my car was ready or if it would be staying there as soon as possible. He never responded. His level of communication has been nonexistent now both times I’ve worked with him and I’m more than slightly annoyed with his lack of respect for my time.
