Colin is the epitome of what customer service should look and feel like. I really hate going into car dealerships- Colin makes it easy to come in and have my issues handled quickly and efficiently! We were thinking about getting a Toyota Tundra - but the customer service and the BMW car are stellar! The only issue I had with my car was the tar or scrape (we can’t tell) that is in the left front side bumper. This is NOT Colin’s fault. I had a loaner for a week and that made my life stress free. In today world - that is GOLDEN!
