Met Troy today after scheduling the first annual service on our '25 Z4M4.0. He was as friendly and engaging as he was on the telephone. He made note of my one "noise" concern when I checked in. We reviewed the service to be completed and he invited me to relax in the comfortable waiting area and that he would come find me when the car was ready. While the service technician was buttoning up the car, Troy came and told me what the technician had found making the noise and the it was resolved.
