You’re acting as a luxury brand but it’s like being served at Honda! No call when the car was done and when I came to get the car everyone was “to busy” the only people that cared was the kid that welcomed me when I brought the car in and the guy the actually serviced me at the end.
If I could I would have my wife sell this car and be done with BMW as this isn’t the first time the experience has been worse horrible.
But this will fall on deaf ears and nothing will be done about it.
