Did not receive the video of the Safety Inspection which was purported to show two significant, high cost to repair defects requiring service. Contacted service writer, and he stated video was sent. Have not ben able to find it in emails. Authorized only one of the repairs of good faith, as I do not have visual proof of the other.
Otherwise, very satisfied with service experience.
