My appointment was at 7 am, I asked how long it would be, I thought maybe an hour. I was informed that the "guys" (the mechanics?) didn't get in until 7:30 or so. I will never make an appointment before 7:30 I guess? I have been at your dealership for every service appointment since I bought my vehicle. I normally get a loaner. I did not today, thinking it would be quick. Wow, the drama with employees. It started with a guy saying he'd like to choke someone, evidently after an early meeting. The complaining and whining I observed was ridiculous, maybe it was the inexperience and age of the employees. I don't know, but customers can see, and hear. I'll get a loaner from now on. It kept me entertained for an hour and a half, I'll say that. And it ended with me being told I needed new tires, I literally had 4 new tires put on, by your dealership, less than 3,000 miles ago. I'm doing research on this currently, but seems like a reach to me. Being a business owner, I'd have a talk with the employees about complaining in front of customers. That's all, just being honest about my experience. I love my BMW!
