Joe did a hood job, but I think it's really cheap of Artowhead yo to start charging customers a 3% fee if they use a credit card yo pay their bill. Thousands of much much much smaller retailers don't pass that fee on to their vustomers with no disclosure in advance. C'MON ARROWHEAD, I THOUGHT YOU WERE CLASSIER THAN THAT?
