Absolutely Disappointed.. I take the vehicle 3 times for the same issue I paid twice the Diagnostic and the vehicle it's exactly at the same situation.. and they want me to pay a 3rd Diagnostic to continue digging in the same Issue..I spend 500dls on Diagnostics plus 500dls on the parts they told me to replace and the car still same.. not satisfied at all..

The car had a noise and I was told it’s the motor mounts and that would take care of the problem. It did not! The noise is still there. I question the need for motor mounts with only 40200 miles on it. When I did question it based on talking to someone knowledgeable about motor mounts he was skeptical that it would them. So my problem is not solved. I’m sure you will say it needed the mounts. I’m sorry I didn’t ask for the old parts. Now I’m not sure how to proceed. Apparently you don’t know how to solve the problem. I may have to take it to another BMW shop and maybe they will be able to fix the problem. I would like to hear from you

I was so upset when Camila (service department )called me that my insurance Car shield denied to repair of my BMW 750LI she was so insane telling that my car has an issue of oil leak before. I asked Camila show me the proof that my car has an issue of oil leak. Because of her I’m dropping my car shield to be my insurance. She need to understand that my car well maintained and if there is something wrong I fix it as soon as possible. What Camila did is unacceptable to me instead of fixing my car she tells a lot of bullshiting to me and to my insurance. I would recommend she should be Given a reprimand to her job or she needs to go. She tried to tell me that she is honest. Tell her. Tell it to the marines not me
